Jocelyn L. Lagier, M.S. CCC-SLP has been working as speech-language pathologist since 2007. She graduated from the University of the Pacific, Summa cum laude, with a Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology. Jocelyn holds credentials (CCC's) from the American Speech and Hearing Association (ASHA) and is also certified in Lee Silverman Voice Therapy (LSVT-LOUD). Jocelyn is also a member of the National Aphasia Association (NPA) and has specialized training in Myofunctional disorders. Jocelyn also works part time as a Lecturer at the CSUMB Speech-Language Pathology program.
Jocelyn has worked in various settings serving both children and adults. Some past employment has included Elementary schools, Outpatient Clinics, Hospitals, Home Health care and Acute Rehabilitation. Jocelyn completed her medical SLP internship at the Hillingdon Hospital in London, England. Prior to becoming an SLP she worked as a English Language teacher in Frankfurt, Germany. She specializes in helping adults with Parkinson's & stroke as well as helping children with articulation and reading difficulties. When she is not working she enjoys traveling with her husband and 2 sons.
